Delivery time
The expected delivery time for each destination country is shown in the “Shipping costs” table above and in your cart. We deliver to the countries available under “Shipping to” in the cart.
Payment methods
You can pay by card (credit and debit cards), Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Link and EPS bank transfer, as well as with other payment methods that Stripe offers you at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment service provider Stripe. Which payment methods are shown depends on your country, your device and the order value. Payment is due when the order is placed. All prices are in euros including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs.
Legal guarantee
For consumers, the statutory warranty provisions of the Austrian Consumer Warranty Act (Verbrauchergewährleistungsgesetz) apply. We are liable for any defect that existed when the goods were handed over and becomes apparent within two years. If a defect becomes apparent within one year of handover, it is presumed to have existed at handover, unless this is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the defect. If a defect is repaired, the guarantee period is extended once by one year.
In case of defects you can first demand repair or replacement; if these are impossible or disproportionate, you can demand a price reduction or rescission of the contract.
Please report defects without delay at office@boraan.at and, if possible, attach a photo. We do not offer an additional manufacturer's guarantee. You find the EU notice on the legal guarantee here.
Instructions on withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bernhard Hechenberger, Sturnengasse 20, 6700 Bludenz, Austria, phone +43 670 4022230, email office@boraan.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.boraan.at/en/withdraw. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods supplied in a sealed package which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us (Bernhard Hechenberger, Sturnengasse 20, 6700 Bludenz, Austria) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
